Design consulting for a kids’ playroom

I LOVE when I can give someone some ideas and then see the ideas come to fruition. I’ve been pretty busy helping people with design proposals lately.  (See this post if you are interested in learning more about what that means.)

These clients are friends of ours who just moved into a brand new home and needed some help with an overall vision and choosing furniture, rugs, and accessories in a few different rooms.  They’ve been working hard on multiple rooms (and I am excited to share some more pictures as they finish), but this is the first room they are officially calling DONE! Wahoo!

It started as an empty room and they wanted to use it as a playroom space.  After walking through the home, I came up with these ideas for them.Screen Shot 2018-07-01 at 2.03.57 PMscreen-shot-2018-07-01-at-2-04-01-pm-e1530468931311.pngScreen Shot 2018-07-01 at 2.04.07 PMScreen Shot 2018-07-01 at 2.04.12 PMscreen-shot-2018-07-01-at-2-04-12-pm1-e1530469035398.png
I think what I love most (and what clients have loved most), is that you can literally take the design proposal, click the links, and purchase directly from them.  And that’s exactly what they did.  After a few hours of manual labor, they finished the room and sent me these!111F9BFD-3A3D-42F6-A0A1-FE278CECFF3CC855BB13-060C-4691-831C-83DDCDD1F9C8375C9571-B49C-4702-83B1-16A84C774FB7916575E5-0F18-4C32-B051-A0503ABE5428They’re still waiting on a new chair for the corner, but this one they have in there now is filling the space (and the need)!

I think it all looks great and am so excited for them.

If you are needing some help or ideas for a room, get in touch and I’d love to help!
